the units are recently renovated, functional with 2 double beds. the staff are extremely friendly and attentive, they keep the place clean. the setting is incredible, short walk to probably best beach club in tulum, mexico, and the nature reserve, downtown area.

The double room I got was included with a veranda on the front, a patio, screened windows. The location was good and incredible, just a short walk away from Tulum Beach.

Good small and pretty standard place, I truly enjoyed to be here.
The location was unbeatable in a safe area, adjacent to other beach clubs, the sea under moonlight and the ruins of Tullum. Newly remodelled and well-organised rooms were functional with 2 double beds.
